Wherever possible, we will despatch goods within 2-3 working days of receipt of order.
In the event that a delay occurs in despatch of goods you will normally be notified within this period.
Please note that some models of PATs and other Test Instruments are factory calibrated prior to shipping, so turnaround is usually 3-5 business days.
Generally we charge a flat shipping fee of $15.00 + GST inside Australia for most goods, except where indicated on the product description page.
Due to the large variation in shipping costs to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania, we reserve the right to quote you a revised freight cost at the time of invoicing.
Freight costs are based on your location and the weight or cubic weight of the goods.
If the freight cost does need to be varied, we will contact you to provide a freight quote before invoicing or processing your credit card transaction.
Goods will be shipped via the most appropriate shipping method for your region. In general goods will be shipped by the following methods:
- Australia Post
- Couriers Please
- TNT
- Toll
Shipping methods may vary from time to time as required.

All products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty. In the case of a suspected fault with a test instrument or other product, we may refer your request for return or repair to the appropriate service agent.
