Standard tags suitable for most test and tag applications.
Self-laminating type.
Choose your own fields, for example:
- Tested By
- Asset No.
- Test Date
- Test Due
- Name/Cert No.
- Serial Number
You can select up to 4 fields plus a serial number, or 5 fields and no serial number.
Available in six colours. You can mix colours in groups of 1000 tags.
For mixed colours, please select "Mixed" as the colour, and then specify the colours you would like in the "Comments" when completing your order.
Please also specify the Serial Number to start from if required.
You will need to email your logo to us, preferably in an Illustrator .AI or .EPS file. If you don't have your logo in those formats, please contact us.
Our email address will be displayed for you on the confirmation page when completing your order. Please make a note of the email address, and email your logo to us after completing your order.
We will email you a selection of test tag templates from which you may either choose your preferred design as is, or choose one and modify as needed.
Once you have selected your preferred design and provided us with your logo, we will have your test tag artwork prepared, and a proof sent to you for your approval.
First time prints take about 10 days after approval of the test tag proof, and reprints usually take 7 days or less.
