On-site access

Reasonable access to your appliances and your workplace is required.

If some appliances are difficult to access, you may need to arrange to have someone available to move equipment or furniture so that the technician can physically inspect your appliances.

Depending on your location, you may also need to provide a place for our technician to park their vehicle.

If your business premises are difficult to access, we may make special arrangements to pick-up, test, and drop-off your equipment.

Where access to your appliances or your premises is difficult, additional charges may apply. Please discuss any special requirements with us when you contact our office.
